One of the most prominent real estate agents in the Greater Springfield area has chosen to explore a new chapter in her life.

Gail Ann Butler of Westfield has recently completed a long rewarding career. Her career has been packed full of diverse experiences, many achievements and special awards.

The past 10 years (2001-2010) have been the pinnacle of Gail’s remarkable career, during which time she has been the #1 Sales Agent in the Westfield area for 8 straight years (2001-2008) as well as being the #1 Sales Agent in all of Greater Springfield for 4 of those years. Gail Butler still holds the all-time real estate sales volume record in Greater Springfield from year 2005 when she successfully sold $35,291,308 in sales volume and closed sales with 107 buyers and sellers in that single year period.

Gail has spent the last 10 years of her career with Park Square Realty, working out of the Westfield Office located at 44 Elm Street. Barry Boccasile, Director of Growth & Development for Park Square Realty says, “I’ve been actively involved in real estate for over 24 years now and I’ve managed hundreds of real estate agents for over 20 of those years. Never have I seen anything like Gail Butler. She is an expert at economizing her time and making the most out of each minute of every day – and I do mean every day. Gail rarely would take a day off and when she did, she would still be available to her many clients by cell phone or voice mail. One of the most amazing things about Gail’s many awards and record sales statistics is that she did not use any assistant agents to help her as most top producers do. Gail did it all on her own and her only assistance was from the Park Square office support staff. She always had an absolutely incredible work ethic.”

Regarding the new chapter in Gail’s life… Gail and her husband Bill have purchased a new home in Plymouth, MA, which is in very close proximity to their son, daughter-in-law and their very first granddaughter Kiley who is now 21 months old. Gail tells us that she will now efficiently schedule her time between, golfing, quilting and babysitting granddaughter Kiley.

Best wishes to Gail from all of her friends in Western, MA.
