Park Square Realty Recognizes Top Feeding Hills and Westfield Agents

The Park Square Realty Top Producing agents were recently recognized at their 2010 Awards and Recognition Breakfast which took place on February 24, 2011 at Tucker's Restaurant in Southwick. Park Square Realty’s top agents had an impressive year in 2010 despite the challenges of the current real estate market.
Kim Landry
Kim Landry was the Top Producer from the Feeding Hills Office in terms of sales volume and number of transactions. Kim closed 24 transactions in 2010 which totaled well over $4 million in sales volume. "Kim goes above and beyond for her clients, she is a very strong listing agent and is extremely successful at getting her listings sold!" according to Ted Cassell, President of Park Square Realty.
A consistently high producer, Kim has previously won the Park Square Top Producer award in 2005, 2007 and 2008. Kim was also recognized as the Company Top Listing agent for 2010 at Park Square Realty.
Sue Bergeron
The #1 agent in the company overall and the 2010 Westfield office Top Producer for sales volume and transactions was Suzanne Bergeron. Sue handled 25 transactions overall in 2010 which totaled well over $5.5 million in sales volume.
