The 2008 Park Square Realty Awards and Recognition Breakfast

The 2008 Park Square Realty Awards and Recognition Breakfast took place on February 19, 2009 at Tucker’s Restaurant in Southwick. The event is an opportunity to recognize the efforts and accomplishments of the Park Square agents and staff in both the Feeding Hills office and the Westfield office. Park Square Realty had a great year in 2008 despite the changing real estate market, much to the credit of its hardworking team of agents and staff.

Buyer Transaction Leader

The “Buyer Transaction Leader” award goes to those agents who have the highest number of buyer side transactions in 2008. The recipients were Kris Whitehouse, Duane Desilets, Kerri Reed, Suzanne Bergeron and Dee Cyr.

 

Team Award

The “Team Award” was presented to Denise Fisher and Jason Harrington of the Fisher/Harrington Team who were recognized as being Park Square Realty’s #1 Team in 2008. 

The Platinum Club

The Platinum Club is reserved for the top 20% of Park Square Realty’s Agents. In 2008, all of the Platinum Club members produced over $2.5 Million in sales volume. They are Kris Whitehouse, Dee Cyr, Kate Cheever, Luda Polevoy, Joanne Kean, Pam Savioli, Tim Coughlen, Suzanne Bergeron, Kim Landry, Gail Ann Butler.

2008 Feeding Hills Office Top Producer

Kim Landry was named the 2008 Feeding Hills Office Top Producer with 16 sale sides and over $3.88 Million in sales volume. 

#1 salesperson in the company overall

Gail Ann Butler was recognized as being the #1 salesperson in the company overall and the 2008 Westfield Office Top Producer for both sales volume and transactions with over $9 Million in sales and 34 transaction sides.
